Founded in 2020 in Hawaii, Bella Bond Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 85-1388022) dedicated to addressing one of humanity’s greatest challenges—the housing crisis.
Guided by the spirit of transformation, we work to build strong, resilient communities by developing innovative, sustainable solutions that reduce costs, foster growth, and create meaningful opportunities for those ready to take the first step toward improving their circumstances.While our roots are in Hawaii, our mission extends nationwide, striving to make a lasting impact across the United States.
Why We Exist
Turning Challenges Into Opportunities
Hawaii is a land of breathtaking beauty, rich in culture and history. Yet, for many families, the high cost of living—88% above the national average—and housing prices soaring 202% higher than the U.S. average make stability a challenge. Some are forced to leave their homeland, while others navigate uncertainty in search of a secure future. This challenge extends beyond Hawaii. Across the United States, more than 770,000 people face homelessness, striving every day for shelter and stability. Globally, the housing shortage grows by approximately 100,000 homes daily, affecting families and communities worldwide.
At Bella Bond Foundation, we believe in addressing these challenges with innovative, sustainable solutions that provide stability and hope. By supporting families and creating opportunities, we spark a ripple effect of growth and strength across entire communities.

At Bella Bond Foundation, we envision a world where everyone has a place to call home. Our bold flexible plan includes the creation of the world’s first AI-driven, green modular manufacturing plant in Texas, capable of producing affordable, sustainable homes at an unprecedented scale.

We are on a mission to be produce 1 billion sustainable homes in 10 years—precision-crafted, built for resilience, and designed in harmony with nature. Together, we aim to transform lives and create an outstanding legacy , sustainability, and opportunity for generations to come.

Our mission is to provide widows, single mothers, and orphans with the resources, opportunities, and support they need to rebuild their lives and create a brighter future. We believe in empowering those who are ready to take the first step toward improving their circumstances. By helping individuals through their most challenging moments, we don’t just change lives—we ignite a movement of action and empowerment. This ripple effect strengthens families, builds communities, and creates a lasting cycle of opportunity and support.
In many ways, we are all orphans at some point in our lives—facing loss, absence, or overwhelming challenges. Our goal is to restore a sense of belonging and empower individuals to turn those struggles into opportunities for growth, connection, and resilience.

Partners and Donors
GRANT AWARD
We are thrilled to announce our first commercial grant from Walmart, marking a milestone for Bella Bond Foundation. As the first commercial entity to recognize our mission, their support validated our efforts and helped us move forward. Notably, we persevered through fierce competition, with nearly 200,000 applications received in 2022.
Gifted Hawaiian Land
We received a land donation in 2023 and now aim to build our headquarter and a single-family home. Gifted to us by a generous supporter from Hawaii, our Hawaiian land offers an absolutely breathtaking view. We’re excited to extend a warm aloha to all who believe in giving back (go-givers) and supporters from around the world. Together, we can achieve great things.
Grant Announcement
We're delighted to announce our second grant, this time from Sam's Club Honolulu. This grant bolsters our mission to make a meaningful impact in our local community. Thank you for your unwavering support from the Bella Bond team.
Google Ad Grants Program Approval
We are proud to announce our approval for the high-standard Google Ad Grants program in July 2024. This opportunity provides us with up to $10,000 per month in free Google Ads, helping us reach more people and further our mission. Stay tuned for more updates on our progress!
WALMART RENEWS SUPPORT FOR BELLA BOND FOUNDATION IN 2024
We are thrilled to announce continued support from Walmart for 2024, helping us advance our mission. Additionally, Sam's Club Pearl City has joined as a new supporter with a generous grant debuting in September 2024. Their combined contributions directly support our headquarters project in Kaneohe, strengthening our efforts to create a lasting impact in Hawaii.
