Gifted to us by a generous supporter from Hawaii, our Hawaiian land offers an absolutely breathtaking view. Walmart Renews Support for Bella Bond Foundation in 2024
We are thrilled to announce continued support from Walmart for 2024, helping us advance our mission. Additionally, Sam's Club Pearl City join us as a new supporter with a generous grant debuting in September, 2024. Their combined support strengthens our efforts to make meaningful impact in Hawaii.

Bella Bond Foundation - Our Journey and Current Projects
Foundation History and Expansion
Founded in Hawaii, June 2020: The Bella Bond Foundation began its journey on the beautiful island of Oahu with a mission to support widows, single moms, and orphans.
Expansion to Texas in 2021: The Bella Bond team expanded to Texas with plans to build a cost-effective modular home manufacturing plant. This initiative aims to better serve families in Hawaii, help low-income families, and primarily support widows, single mothers, and children, while addressing homelessness across the United States.
Significant Donation in 2023: Received our largest donation to date—land in Hawaii from a generous donor.
Major Advancements in 2023-2024: Expanded to Florida, partnered with Tsavo Group Inc. for construction, and partnered with Milton Hotel Resort Inc. for a sustainable hotel chain, with the goal of donating 100% of profits to our nonprofit organization.

Our Current Projects
PROJECT KANEOHE
We are applying for a permit to build our first headquarters in Kaneohe to better serve our Hawaiian community, specifically helping single mothers and children. Our facility, designed with environmental sustainability at its core, will be private and secure. We are launching a fundraising campaign to cover the costs of the process. We have found a local team in Oahu for architecture, environmental, and archaeological engineering.
PROJECT TINY HOME
Introducing the Tiny Key West House, our first fully ready tiny home model in Texas. This achievement, made possible through a special partnership, is available upon donation. Renters have the option to own the land, subject to conditions. Profits from these initiatives and donations fund our high-tech manufacturing plant, transitioning to robotic production. This transformation enables us to produce modular homes in under 30 seconds, aligning with our mission to provide housing quickly and efficiently for widows and orphans.
PROJECT TEXAS
We’ve chosen Texas for our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant, dedicated to producing modular homes with cutting-edge robotics. Donate to help us build a future where everyone has access to safe, affordable housing. Our advanced robotics will enable us to produce homes faster and more efficiently, addressing the housing crisis head-on. PROJECT URBAN HARMONY
Forest Towers introduces a futuristic garden community inspired by Hawaii's natural beauty, enhancing residents' well-being with serene, sustainable urban living. Bella Bond's mission is to provide green spaces for the local Hawaiian community, Kama'aina, and beyond. Our high-rise tower in Hawaii harmonizes with nature, aiming for zero environmental impact, bio-mimic comfort, and pollution-free living. We are expanding this project to other cities across the USA and are open for partnerships, ensuring a broader impact and support for more communities. PROJECT NACOGDOCHES
We are excited to announce our project to build 200 eco-friendly condominium units in Nacogdoches, Texas. With pre-approval from the city, we have identified an ideal 8-acre plot for this development. This building will support students and families of Stephen F. Austin State University. We are currently raising funds to purchase the land. Your support will help us provide quality, sustainable housing for the university community. Join us in making this vision a reality!
